Desert Rain Landscape & Irrigation is a second-generation family owned and operated business. Founded in May of 1986 by owners Lance and Susan Billings, our beginnings were very humble indeed, with Lance working from sun up to sun down planting, troubleshooting irrigation systems, and maintaining landscapes, while Susan ran the office.

Sons Joshua and Matthew grew up with the business and would take turns working on weekends and vacations as a way of spending time with Dad. Twenty-odd years later, they are both very highly trained professionals, running operations in the field. And the best part of all is that they still get to spend time together every day doing what they love to do.

As a family business, growth over the years has been deliberately slow and steady. This has enabled us to develop and maintain close working relationships, and even friendships, with each of our clients. When you hire Desert Rain Landscape, you're hiring the entire family, every member of which has a vested interest in the success and reputation of this company.
